Great to meet you!

At Wildflowers Within Counseling & Wellness, we are a team of real people helping real people navigate real life. From the moment you reach out, our goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and never like just a number.

We take our work seriously because this isn’t just a job for us it’s part of who we are. Every therapist on our team is thoughtfully selected not only for their clinical skill, but for their ability to show up as a genuine, compassionate human.

We offer a range of specialties including anxiety, OCD, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions, and we prioritize matching you with a therapist who truly fits your needs not just whoever has the next opening. If we’re not the right fit, we will always help guide you to someone who is.

My approach to therapy

Our approach is grounded in evidence-based care while still honoring that every person’s story is unique. We primarily utilize approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and relationship-focused models like Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

That said, therapy with us is not one-size-fits-all. We tailor our work to each individual, balancing skill-building, insight, and emotional processing.

We believe therapy should feel collaborative, not clinical or cold. You can expect both support and gentle challenge helping you build awareness, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to exhale. We focus on getting to know you what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping for. There’s no pressure to have the “right” words or to share everything all at once.

We’ll also go over how we work, answer any questions, and begin identifying goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Most importantly, our priority is helping you feel safe, understood, and supported from the very beginning. Therapy is a vulnerable step, and we don’t take that lightly.
