I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor by the State of Florida with extensive experience working with individuals of all ages and couples in a variety of issues from depression, anxiety, divorce, relationship and parenting issues as well as career challenges, substance abuse, addictions, physical, sexual and emotional abuse, trauma and mood disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I combine traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with mindfulness and relaxation techniques. This practice has proven effects in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety and Anger Management.

In 20 + years of professional experience I've worked with people of all ages: children, adolescents, adults and golden agers with emotional, behavioral and mental health issues.
