Great to meet you!

I am a US Marine Corps Combat Veteran and I graduated from Manhattan College. I currently treat the adult population with a specialty in treating PTSD among many disorders from the Cognitive Behavioral approach.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is simple as life is complicated enough. I do my best to meet each client where they are at while working diligently to build trust in a therapeutic alliance and guide the the client towards being the best version of themselves they can possibly be.

What you can expect from our first session

I am simply a guide to your mental health. I have always said that each and every client is an expert of their own life; some clients need a slight adjustment while others may want to consider a new approach. The bottom line is that all clients must be comfortable and free to be themselves. I provide a particular point of view with an open heart and mind in a direct fashion. I'm here to help and after the first session all my clients surround themselves with the sentiment of being heard.
