Welcome to my page. My name is Wilfredo; I am a Mental Health Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors (NBCC). I am a US Army Mental Health Specialist/Instructor, retired. Specializing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). My main goal is to help clients overcome PTSD, Mood Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Relationship Problems, and Family Issues. I also work with children with Behavioral Problems, ADHD, Autism, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder in Child Therapy.
