Great to meet you!

I'm Willa, a licensed clinical social worker who believes therapy should feel collaborative, not clinical. I work with adults navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, and life's harder transitions, and I bring warmth, curiosity, and a genuine belief in your ability to grow. If you're looking for a therapist who will be present with you and walk alongside you, I'd love to connect.

My approach to therapy

This is a collaborative process where we work together to identify the things that you may be struggling with, that are causing you suffering, that are hard to hold on your own. Then we clarify how you want to change them and how you would rather feel and then support you as you make that happen. My role as your therapist is to support, guide, educate, teach, “be there”, and care about you.

What you can expect from me

I am affirming, empowering, solution oriented, creative, intuitive, and trauma informed. Therapy can be hard sometimes, but there is ample space and necessity for levity and laughter, creativity and light. And while you might not leave every session elated, my goal is that you leave therapy feeling heard, respected, supported, with some clarity gained, and ideas and tools to help you navigate next steps.
