Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience helping adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate stress, transitions, and uncertainty. Many of my clients appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next step.

I work with professionals, parents, and individuals navigating academic pressure, career decisions, relationship challenges, and competing demands. My background in school and clinical settings gives me a strong understanding of both the pressures clients face and how they experience them internally.

Our work focuses on understanding what’s driving the stress and patterns you’re experiencing, while building practical strategies so you can respond differently and feel more in control.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and focused on helping you understand what’s actually driving the stress or patterns you’re experiencing. We look at what keeps repeating, what’s hard to change on your own, and why.

Our work is both reflective and action-oriented. Alongside gaining insight, we focus on how you respond in real situations so changes show up where they matter.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT alongside insight-oriented work. The goal is to help you feel less reactive, more in control, and better able to handle what’s in front of you without getting pulled into the same patterns.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk through what’s bringing you to therapy and what’s been feeling most difficult lately. I’ll ask questions to understand what’s contributing to the stress and identify patterns that may be keeping things stuck.

We’ll begin to clarify what’s getting in the way and where to focus first. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of what’s going on, how I work, and whether it feels like a good fit.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming in. We’ll sort through what’s going on and decide what makes the most sense to focus on next.
