Great to meet you!

Welcome to my practice and I look forward to serving you in the specific need areas that you are seeking resolution in your life. Whether it is resolving anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief/loss, trauma or other life issues, your time/effort is my focus.

You are in a no shame/no judgement zone with me, so I hope that you will begin to experience a freedom to share and open up about the struggles you are facing in your life journey. I look at myself in different ways depending on your needs. Some that come to work with me are seeking a therapist, some are seeking a counselor/guide, and some are seeking a coach to help them navigate new challenges or elevate them to the next level in their life/career. I have personal experience overcoming addictions and complex grief/depression.

I have longterm experience to show that I can pinpoint what your needs are and find agreement on a pathway to success for you. I have many interests and life pursuits that help me grow continuously. I work with individuals from all over the world, different cultures, ages and backgrounds. They teach me a lot about how they see the world and how we can find solutions to the issues that they seek to overcome. Please feel free to contact me for a consultation or to answer questions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy and counseling is an integrative approach to uncover, discover and discard underlying traumas, beliefs and issues that have been holding a person back from reaching their potential and finding peace within themselves. I have been trained in EMDR, ReMAPT, and DBT skills training to help my clients emotionally regulate more effectively in situations that used to baffle them. I have addictions training and a clinical background in treating multiple addictions from a multi variant perspective. I am adamant about working on the goals and objectives that you want to accomplish, not what I think you may or may not need. As a caveat to that last statement, working with me also can lead to discovering other "areas and issues" that you may agree on needing resolution. I also ask and operate on feedback that you the client give me during the course of our work together. I want to focus specifically on the style and interaction that best works for you in getting the results that you seek.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away results from a holistic assessment that I perform, a unconditional acceptance of person I am working with, and developing a new perspective on the issues and/or problems that you may be facing in your life currently.
