I am a solution-focused therapist who uses a blend of Cognitive Behavior Therapy(CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT) to help people gain better self-awareness and thereby better self-control.
Clients should expect to gain an understanding of how they are tripping themselves up with their current attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors and be empowered to make appropriate changes where they see needed through the education process.
