Great to meet you!

I work with clients where I see individuals and families from Greater New Haven and across CT via Telehealth. I’m affirming and experienced with all gender identities, races, and religions. My approach is warm, direct, and practical. We’ll use evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT skills, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care, but always at your pace.

When substance use and mental health struggles like depression, anxiety, or trauma get tangled together, it’s hard to know where to start. As both a Licensed Therapist and Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC), I specialize in treating the whole person. We'll unravel your mental health problems and/or substance abuse together.

My approach to therapy

Change is possible, and you deserve support as you move toward healing and reclaiming your health, hope, and happiness. My approach is tailored to you. I integrate evidence-based practices with a deep appreciation and understanding of what you have been through in your life.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for our first session to have us get to know each other to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. You will tell me about why you came to into therapy, your difficulties and your goals. Together we will build a treatment plan for you. Together we will start down the road to healing and recovery.
