Great to meet you!

I came to counseling after years of experience in teaching, environmental work, and educational consulting. My wife and I have three children, all in their 20s.

My approach to therapy

My practice takes an integrative approach that emphasizes balance among mental, physical, and social health. Therapy can help with coping through depression, anxiety, or any form of distress, and it can also support you in learning to live with more confidence, comfort, and joy.

What you can expect from me

Working together toward greater self-awareness and psychological or behavioral change can be a major step toward a happier, more purposeful, and meaningful life. A trusting relationship between client and therapist matters for positive outcomes, so I encourage you to take time finding a good fit. I work with clients on both short- and long-term bases, and I'm happy to schedule a free consultation to answer any questions.
