Great to meet you!

I came to counseling after years of experience in teaching, environmental work, and educational consulting. My wife and I have three children in their 20s.

My approach to therapy

My practice is based on an integrative approach that emphasizes a balance of mental, physical, and social health. Therapy can be helpful for coping with depression, anxiety or any form of distress, as well as for learning to live your life with more confidence, comfort and joy.

What you can expect from me

Working with me to achieve greater self-awareness, psychological and behavioral change can be a major step toward living a happier, more purposeful and meaningful life. A trusting relationship between client and therapist is important for positive outcomes, and I recommend taking some time to find a good fit. I work with clients on both short- and long-term bases. I'm happy to schedule a free consultation to answer any questions.
