Therapy is a collaborative process where I guide clients through troubling emotions, situations, or life experiences. Using Cognitive Therapy techniques I help clients identify the sources of their struggles and how to conquer them.
In our first session I will conduct an intake interview, asking about relevant history and help you set goals for therapy.
