I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to a holistic and integrative care model. I believe that effective treatment is not just about managing symptoms, but about treating the whole person. I am dedicated to ensuring that I provide inclusive, anti-racist, autism and neuro-affirming, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQAI+ affirmative care. My goal is to work in true collaboration with you, ensuring that your treatment plan aligns with your values and life goals.

I received my Master of Science in Nursing from Norwich University. I have a strong background in treating complex mental health conditions and navigating the unique challenges my patients face. I provide care for children, adolescents, and adults, with a clinical focus on individuals navigating difficulties with focus and attention, mood instability, and traumatic life experiences. I have experience and passion in supporting military, veterans, medical professionals, and first responders struggling with difficulties related to their service.

Whether we are meeting in person or via telehealth, I strive to create a professional, non-judgmental space where you feel heard. When working with children and adolescents I prioritize the creation of a collaborative and safe environment for the patient and the family with the goal of supporting achievement at the highest level of their capabilities across all areas of their life.
