Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing medication

management and therapy for children ages 5+, adolescents, and adults. I treat ADHD,

depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, and related conditions. I also work with adults with autism

spectrum disorder and ADHD, providing diagnostic clarification and ongoing treatment within

general psychiatric care. I offer in-person and telehealth visits and focus on collaborative,

evidence-based, and individualized care.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to work in true collaboration with you, ensuring that your treatment plan aligns with your values and life goals. I received my Master of Science in Nursing from Norwich University. I have a strong background in treating complex mental health conditions and navigating the unique challenges my patients face. I provide care for children, adolescents, and adults, with a clinical focus on individuals navigating difficulties with Autism, focus and attention, mood instability, and traumatic life experiences. I also have a specific passion for and experience in supporting veterans and first responders. Whether we are meeting in person or via telehealth.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a professional, non-judgmental space where you feel heard. Together, we can find a path toward stability and wellness that works for you.
