Great to meet you!

My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to regain control of your life.

I specialize in helping adolescents and adults manage anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, stress, and life transitions. Together, we'll identify the patterns that keep anxiety going, develop practical coping strategies, and build confidence to face life's challenges with greater resilience.

I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you achieve meaningful, lasting change. Whether your anxiety has been present for years or has recently become overwhelming, I am here to help you move toward a calmer and more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I use a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach tailored to each client's unique needs. My primary focus is helping clients understand the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that contribute to anxiety while teaching practical tools to reduce symptoms and improve daily functioning. What can clients expect from their first session with me?

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to achieve through counseling.

I'll ask questions about your personal history, current symptoms, relationships, work or school, and any previous experiences with therapy. This helps me gain a better understanding of your unique situation so we can develop a treatment plan that fits your needs.

If you're struggling with anxiety, we'll also explore the situations that trigger your symptoms and begin identifying practical strategies you can start using right away. There is no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with, and you are always welcome to ask questions throughout the process.

By the end of our first session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how we can work together and what the next steps will be. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
