Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from the University of Denver and extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in both private practice and residential settings. I have worked with clients navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, anger management, and legal involvement. I specialize in working with boys and young men ages 10–25, as well as motivated adults who want meaningful, lasting change. I value honesty, consistency, and showing up fully for the people I work with.

My approach to therapy

My approach is thoughtful, practical, and focused on real-life growth. I combine evidence-based methods like CBT and DBT with direct, supportive conversation to help clients understand themselves, build emotional control, and make better decisions. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or surface-level talk. It is about developing clarity, confidence, and skills that last.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a relaxed, focused conversation where we get clear on what is bringing you in and what you want to change. We will talk through your goals, set an initial plan, and make sure you feel comfortable moving forward. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, grounded, and confident that you are in capable hands.
