I completed my Master of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Counselor Education and Supervision from National Louis University. I have worked with people who are struggling with substance use, depression, anxiety, life adjustments, chronic illness, and working through sexuality and gender identity concerns.

I utilize person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you feel better and strive toward achieving your full potential. I incorporate mindfulness-based interventions into therapy.
