Great to meet you!

Hi there! I works with teens and adults navigating shame, anxiety, relationship struggles, and the painful patterns that can leave people feeling stuck. My background is rooted in helping clients make sense of self-criticism, confusing emotions, and life transitions with curiosity rather than judgment. I’m especially drawn to work around rumination, shame, and relationship dynamics; these often shape how people see themselves and connect with others. My goal is to create a space where clients feel deeply understood while also building meaningful momentum toward change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I help clients slow down enough to understand the patterns underneath their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, especially when shame, fear, or self-criticism are keeping them stuck. My work is influenced by motivational interviewing, CBT, relational therapy, and IFS-informed parts work, which allows us to explore both the protective strategies that once helped and the deeper needs underneath them. Therapy with me is about creating insight that actually translates into change in your daily life, relationships, and sense of self.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get a clear picture of what’s bringing you in, what feels hardest right now, and what you hope might begin to work on in therapy. We’ll start identifying the patterns, emotions, and relationship dynamics that may be keeping you stuck, while also getting a sense of what progress would look like for you. Most clients leave the first session feeling more clarity, relief, and hope about where our work can go.
