Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I strive to create a safe and warm space where therapeutic rapport can thrive. I love working with clients to not only work on symptomology, but to create deep and meaningful change at the identity level. My practice seeks to attack symptoms while creating space for powerful growth. I believe that the heart, mind, and soul are all connected, and that therapy should focus on this intersectionality as a mechanism for change.

My approach to therapy

I use cognitive-behavioral approach while pulling strengths-based and persons-centered theory. Much of my experience has been working with people who suffer from depressed mood, anxiety, behavioral addiction, anger difficulties and trauma. My approach aims to be practical and focused on getting results.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm intake focused on hearing what is going on, why they are seeking counseling and how they think I can help. I try to focus on identifying problems and goals as well as starting to focus on how to address them.
