Great to meet you!

You’ve been the "strong one" for so long that you may have forgotten how to just be yourself. Whether you are navigating the heavy isolation of chronic illness, the invisible burnout of caregiving, or the long shadow of medical trauma, I provide a space where you can finally put the performance down.

With nearly a decade of experience, I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate life’s most demanding chapters. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing is holistic. I partner with you not just to process the "stuck" emotional patterns through EFT and ACT, but to strengthen the physical foundations—like nutrition and wellness—that sustain your resilience.

I don't just listen; I collaborate with you to dismantle the weight on your shoulders. We work together to find balance and purpose, even when your circumstances feel heavy. You don’t have to carry the burden of "doing it all" alone. Let’s move past the overwhelm and find a way for you to truly live—and love—again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is active, collaborative, and deeply grounded in the present moment. I believe therapy should be more than just a place to vent; it should be a strategic partnership where you reclaim your life.

  • For Individuals & Caregivers: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) When navigating illness or burnout, your world often shrinks down to just "getting through the day." I use ACT to help you build "psychological flexibility." We work together to help you "unhook" from the mental noise and the constant weight of responsibility so you can rediscover your own needs and purpose.
  • For Couples: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) I use EFT to look past surface-level arguments and find the "emotional disconnect" underneath. We work to break the repetitive cycles that leave you feeling lonely even when you're in the same room. My goal is to help you move from being roommates or adversaries back to being a secure team.

The "Quality Time" Philosophy I don’t just want to help you manage your symptoms; I want to help you find meaning in the time you have. Whether through ACT or EFT, I focus on building the resilience and connection necessary to move from surviving to truly living. You are getting a dedicated partner committed to helping you find your way back to presence and peace.

What you can expect from me

The first time we meet is about more than just paperwork; it’s about creating a space where you can finally put the "weight" down. Whether you’re coming in as an individual, a caregiver, or a couple, our first 50 minutes are designed to help you feel heard, understood, and—most importantly—hopeful.

What we’ll cover:

  • A Compassionate Landing: We start by discussing what brought you here today. If you’re a caregiver or someone managing an illness, this is your time to be the priority.
  • Mapping the Path (ACT) : For individuals, we begin identifying your core values. We’ll look at where you feel "hooked" by stress or anxiety and start the work of building a life that feels like yours again.
  • Understanding the Cycle (EFT): For couples, we’ll start identifying the "negative cycle" that keeps you disconnected. I won’t take sides; instead, I’ll help you both see the pattern that is the real enemy.

The Goal: You won’t leave the first session with all your problems solved, but you will leave with a clearer understanding of why you feel stuck and a concrete plan for how we’ll work together to change it. My goal is for you to walk out the door feeling like you’ve finally found a partner in this process.
