Great to meet you!

My presence is warm and grounded, and my approach focuses on helping you make sense of your feelings and create a life that you feel good about. My clients often are often looking to better care for themselves, process trauma, and feel more grounded, connected, and self-assured.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on helping you better understand and have compassion for yourself. From there, we can help you identify your values, feel more like yourself, and get back on track with the life you want to be living. I also offer EMDR for those looking to work on past trauma.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and getting on the same page about what you'd like to gain from therapy. I'm committed to creating a friendly, grounded environment and centering what matters most to you.
