Great to meet you!
I've been married to my wife for over 40 years, and marriage has always been my passion. I grew up watching a mentor's marriage up close — his kindness and care for his wife shaped how I think about what a healthy relationship can look like, and he eventually performed my own wedding. My wife and I have built a strong partnership, though like any couple, we've had our own speed bumps along the way — and we know firsthand what it's like to do the work.
These days, I especially enjoy working with men, and I've become increasingly passionate about ADHD, along with anxiety. Whether I'm working with couples or individuals, strengthening relationships is often at the heart of what I do. For clients who want it, I'm glad to incorporate faith-based principles into our work together.
I hold a Master's in Professional Counseling from Amberton University, and before this work, I spent years teaching in Garland ISD — an experience that gave me a lot of patience and a front-row seat to how people grow and change over time.
