Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm William, and I am passionate to help people get honest and go deep on the hard stuff so they can lead the life they want to live. My biggest strength is providing a space dedicated to you. We can sort things out, process your experiences, deepen your insight and most importantly, get unstuck.

I specialize in depression, grief, resentment, men's issues, inter-generational trauma, relationship with our parents, parenthood and relationships. I help my clients get honest and discover clarity.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in SF Bay Area, California and work with clients statewide via telehealth.

My approach to therapy

The focus of our sessions is to provide an experience for you. Meaning the experience of you expressing, processing and working through your thoughts, emotions, beliefs and relationships, will be the key drivers to elicit healing and changes within yourself.

I will guide you to be honest and go deep so you can heal, get unstuck and ultimately lead a life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

My biggest strength is showing up and being present with you.

Come as you are. I will support you in exploring your truth and delving deep into your experiences. Together, we can work towards healing, overcoming obstacles, and ultimately creating the life you envision.

Throughout our sessions, we will check in on the progress of your goals, and adjust accordingly. I will support keeping you accountable free of guilt or shame.
