Great to meet you!

You're burned out. You're accomplished, someone who has a track record of solving problems and moving forward. You've gotten far in life, but what's worked before isn't working any longer. You’re wrestling with anxiety, depression, or a traumatic experience. And you feel lost. I'm a licensed psychologist who can help you find your way again. We'll partner together to set goals based on what matters most to you, then I'll help you move towards a full, rich, and meaningful life.

My approach to therapy

I use thoughtful, evidence-based approaches that give you the tools you need to make the changes you want. I take an active and engaged approach to therapy. Clients have described me as empowering, genuine, and collaborative. I'm also famous (or infamous) for a well-timed dad joke. In therapy, I'll give you evidence-based tools you can rely on long after we've finished working together. My ultimate goal is to equip you to eventually become your own therapist.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for help isn't easy- it takes real courage. If you think we may be a good fit, I encourage you to contact me via phone (210-239-7715) or through my website at www.embarkpsychology.com. I look forward to hearing from you, and wish you the best in finding the help you deserve.
