Great to meet you!

I bring over 12 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I’m committed to creating a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely understood. My style is down-to-earth, supportive, and focused on helping you make real progress—not just talk about problems.

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m easy to talk to, practical, and honest. I’ll listen without judgment, but I’ll also gently challenge you when it’s helpful so you can grow.

I offer telehealth sessions for convenience and privacy, so you can access support from wherever you feel most comfortable. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and focused on real, lasting change. I work alongside you to understand what’s happening in your life and what you want to be different—then we build a clear path forward together.

I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help you manage anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, and addiction. But more importantly, I tailor each session to you—your goals, your pace, and what actually works in your day-to-day life.

Clients often come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start. In our work, you’ll gain insight into patterns that are holding you back, while also learning practical tools you can use right away to feel more in control.

I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly and be heard. My goal is not just to help you cope—but to help you build confidence, clarity, and meaningful, lasting change in your life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, relaxed, and nonjudgmental space where you can begin sharing your story at your own pace. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—I’m here to listen and understand what brings you in.

We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what challenges you’re facing, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. I may ask some questions to get a clearer picture of your background, current concerns, and any patterns that might be affecting you.

Together, we’ll start identifying your goals and what meaningful change would look like for you. By the end of the session, you’ll have a better sense of how I work, and we’ll outline some next steps so you feel clear and supported moving forward.

Most importantly, my goal in that first meeting is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and confident that you’re in a space where real progress is possible.
