Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I believe in the transformative power of therapy and its ability to destigmatize mental health. I’m passionate about fostering a strong therapeutic relationship, one built on empathy, loyalty, and trust. Witnessing my clients feel respected, cared for, and understood as they learn to navigate their mental well-being is incredibly rewarding. I can support you with treating shame and depression through self-expression, treating anxiety with finding gratitude, and treating guilt through identifying helpful action. I am a LGBTQIA+ allied therapist, and I welcome working with individuals, families and couples.

My approach to therapy

My approach is deeply rooted in Humanistic Therapy. I prioritize building a safe and supportive space where we can explore your unique experiences. Through unconditional positive regard and compassion, I aim to empower you to feel validated in your emotions. Together, we’ll utilize validation and change techniques to help you navigate challenges and create positive life transformations.

What you can expect from me

I believe that understanding the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors is key to personal growth. By incorporating principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we can work together to identify any unhelpful thought patterns that may be contributing to your struggles. By recognizing these patterns, we can develop effective strategies to manage them and achieve greater emotional well-being.
