Great to meet you!

My name is William L. Mynk and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 15 years of counseling experience. My approach is open, friendly, non-judgemental, and solution oriented. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma (including religious trauma), and substance abuse. I have presented on the topics of trauma, religious trauma, and substance abuse/addiction at a number of state, regional, and national conferences. I look forward to helping you on your road to personal growth and healing,

My approach to therapy

I work with adolescents and adults, dealing with a variety of life's challenges. Many clients enter counseling with a number of issues may include depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, or dysfunction in family and personal relationships. Others present addiction and codependency patterns that cause chronic difficulties with maintaining healthy relationships. All are seeking a new path out of their suffering and into an enlightened experienced of themselves and the world. Together we will seek that fresh perspective, allowing old wounds to heal and creating space for a renewed vision for the future.

What you can expect from me

During our first session I would like to get to know you, your background, and how we can work together as Counselor and Client to help you reach your goals in counseling.
