Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience in the psychiatric field, I bring a deep understanding of mental health across the lifespan. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of diagnoses, and I’m especially passionate about helping those navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and addiction. In addition to being a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am also dual-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, which allows me to approach care through a holistic lens.

My approach to therapy

I believe that mental wellness starts with being heard and understood. My practice is grounded in empathy, open-mindedness, and a nonjudgmental atmosphere where patients can feel safe to be themselves. Together, we’ll look not only at emotional and psychological concerns, but also explore any potential medical contributors to your mental health symptoms.

What you can expect from me

Treatment is a collaborative process, and I work closely with each patient to create an individualized, actionable plan that aligns with their needs and goals. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling relieved, empowered, and motivated to continue your journey toward improved mental well-being.
