William Overturf

Hello, My name is William Overturf and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker who specializes in individual therapy with adults struggling with Trauma, Depression and Mood Disorders, Anxiety, and Substance Abuse.

I enjoy a more conversational style of therapy, but will utilize a psychoeducational frame as needed.

I can send home between session tasks if desired or allow space between sessions to process individually as desired.

I am Internal Family Systems trained, EMDR trained, DBT certified, ACT trained, and a harm reduction therapist by nature.

Goals for therapy with me include negative symptom improvement. Regardless of the diagnosis, we are really working on alleviating negative thoughts, beliefs, or patterns that may be complicating your ability to live the life that you want to be living.
