Great to meet you!

I’m glad you’re here. If you’ve been ghosted, blindsided by a breakup, or suddenly left by someone you felt deeply connected to, you may be carrying a kind of pain that is hard to explain to other people. It can feel like your mind is constantly replaying the relationship, searching for answers, and questioning what went wrong. You may notice anxiety, sadness, self-doubt, trouble sleeping, or a loss of confidence in yourself and in love. Therapy can be a space to slow all of that down. Together, we’ll make sense of what happened, care for the hurt you’re carrying, and help you reconnect with your worth, your voice, and your ability to move forward with greater clarity, strength, and self-trust.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines compassionate talk therapy with mindfulness and breathwork to support both your emotional healing and your nervous system. Heartbreak, rejection, and abandonment can live not only in your thoughts, but also in your body, which is why I incorporate simple, practical tools that can help you feel more grounded in daily life. I’ve trained extensively in these practices and share them in my book, The Breathe Love Method: Harnessing the Power of Conscious Breathing for Mental Health and Well-Being. In our work together, we won’t just talk about what hurts — we’ll also build skills you can use between sessions to manage overwhelming emotions, calm stress responses, and create more steadiness, clarity, and self-compassion as you heal.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. In our first session, I’ll take time to understand your story, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope will feel different in your life and relationships. You don’t need to show up polished, certain, or “doing better” for therapy to be helpful. We’ll start exactly where you are. My goal is to help you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to keep going, and empowered enough to begin making meaningful shifts. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels realistic, personalized, and aligned with the healing and peace you’re looking for.
