Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping people heal from one of the most disorienting relationship experiences — being ghosted or suddenly abandoned by someone they shared a deep, soulmate-level connection with. This kind of loss is uniquely painful: it can leave you without closure, questioning your self-worth, and struggling with anxiety, depression, and a lingering confusion about what went wrong. My work is centered on helping you move through that pain, rebuild your confidence, and rediscover your ability to give and receive love.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates Mindfulness and Breathwork, techniques I have trained in extensively and brought together in my book, The Breathe Love Method: Harnessing the Power of Conscious Breathing for Mental Health and Well-Being. Rather than simply talking through problems, I equip clients with practical, body-based tools they can use in daily life to regulate their emotions and restore their sense of inner peace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free space where we slow down and get to know each other. I'll take time to understand your story, what brought you here, and what you're hoping to feel on the other side of this. There's no pressure to have it all figured out — we'll work together to clarify your goals and begin building a path forward that feels right for you.
