Great to meet you!

I appreciate open and collaborative communication with my clients. I tend to be more participatory or interactive in my work. I have a history of working with various issues but specialize in trauma, anxiety, addiction, and relationship issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am an interpersonal/Experiential therapist by nature; meaning feeling safe in our relationship and examining here-and-now moments is essential. With this, I utilize many techniques such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, EMDR, and more depending on the issue and the client.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal with any client is to establish a safe processing space and help Cx to identify and understand their behavior more fully. I strive to collaborate and identify clear goals so we know we're on track with how we are investing our time.
