Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently a PhD candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision. I work with teens and adults, specializing in LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed care. I also support clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences, and my role is to support you with curiosity, understanding, and without judgment. I strive to create an affirming space where you can explore your identity, process difficult experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin by getting to know you, learning what brings you to therapy, and exploring what you hope to gain from counseling. I strive to create a warm, affirming, and judgment-free environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself and sharing at your own pace. Together, we’ll identify goals for therapy and begin developing a plan that supports your needs, strengths, and growth.
