A new day means a new opportunity... I’m humbled and enthused to share in your experiences, challenges, and accomplishments as we navigate through life. Therapy can be scary and new for many, and although that may be true, I want to reassure you that this is the space and the place to grow in ways that are truly life changing.

I have graciously worked in the mental health field since 2014 where I’ve witnessed people of all types grow to not only feel better but become better through the therapeutic process. My preferred therapeutic modality is REBT while applying tools and resources from other models as needed to help you get to your better.

My therapeutic style is active-directive, meaning I like to involve clients in their self-discovery and growth. After our session together I hope you will leave feeling understood and inspired to continue our journey together through therapy.
