William Solari

My name is William Solari and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in adolescent, adult, and family therapy. I have a Master’s degree from the University of North Texas. I have a private practice called Therapy with Purpose in Frisco where I work with clients who are 16 years of age and above. I am a seasoned counselor with areas of expertise in stress and anxiety reduction, relationship issues, career and education counseling, depression and other life challenges.

My approach to counseling is to create a non-judgmental, compassionate and safe environment for individuals to share their struggles. I recognize that the first step to a better life is often the most difficult, seeking help. I try to be empathetic to my client’s challenges but also purposeful in helping them reach their goals and dreams. I have a direct approach to counseling that involves goal setting and holding each other accountable. I believe you deserve the best version of yourself.

Together, we will develop individualized evidence based strategies that produce results and lead to a more fulfilling life. We will incorporate steps to get you headed in the direction you want. We might not get this perfect the first time but that is okay. We will tweak the plan together in a positive and healthy manner and continue to strive towards the life you want and deserve.
