Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years' experience in the mental health field and I have a practice in Northern California. My area of expertise is in cognitive behavioral techniques that combine with solution focused outcomes that utilize the strengths of the individual. I also include mindfulness and positive psychology interventions to add to the overall well-being of the individual.

In my collaboration with an individual, I would learn how they see the current circumstances and I utilize a strength-based, cognitive behavioral approach to support a person's shift in a healing direction that alleviates the identified struggles and concerns.

After an exploration of the individual's shared experience, a collaboration would occur to come to develop an overall goal. From that goal, the collaboration would continue to support healing and change in that direction. As the process proceeds, there would be additional opportunities to consider the course and assess how to further the healing and improvement toward reaching the individual's goal.
