Great to meet you!

My heart lies in protecting other people’s hearts, and I’d be honored to offer you a safe space to explore whatever is weighing on you. I love working with children, teens, adults, and families, meeting each person right where they are. Whether you’re facing a hard season, carrying past pain, or simply need someone in your corner, you don’t have to work through it alone.

My approach to therapy

I take an open, flexible approach and use whatever will genuinely help you most, whatever brought you here. For those healing from trauma, I draw on specialized methods that support gentle, lasting relief, and I bring in play, art, and hands on creative tools for children and clients of any age. However life feels complicated right now, we can work through it together, as gently as possible.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you. There’s no pressure and no rush, just space to begin building the trust that makes real healing possible. From there, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for you. Clients describe me as warm, gentle, and genuinely caring. If this feels like a fit, I’d love to connect for a 15 minute consult.
