What you can expect from our first session

At your appointment, you'll be encouraged to talk about your feelings and emotions without any judgment or criticism. Counselling sessions are also confidential, so you can talk about things you might not feel comfortable discussing with anyone else. It’s normal to experience nerves, anxiety, fear, excitement and hope, as well as many other thought processes. Sessions last for 45 to an hour, and take place in a quiet room with your therapist present.
