Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Mana Springs Psychiatric Care, LLC. My practice provides compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of psychiatric disorders. I specialize in medication management paired with supportive therapy to create a holistic treatment approach tailored to each patient. With a focus on building trust and understanding, I aim to create a safe and welcoming space where individuals can begin their journey toward healing. At Mana Springs, my mission is to provide accessible, high-quality mental health care that empowers patients to restore balance and well-being in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients using a collaborative and supportive style, making sure each person feels heard and respected in their care. My approach blends evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy to address both the biological and emotional aspects of mental health. I take time to educate clients about their treatment options, empowering them to play an active role in their care. My focus spans across the lifespan, with experience treating mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, and other psychiatric concerns. Above all, I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where clients can build resilience, restore balance, and move toward lasting wellness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling supported, understood, and equipped with practical tools they can apply in daily life. Together, we set clear goals that may include improving mood, managing stress, reducing symptoms, or building healthier coping strategies. I emphasize education so clients gain a better understanding of their diagnosis and treatment options. My sessions are designed to be collaborative and empowering, helping each person take an active role in their healing journey. Most importantly, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges and building the confidence to move forward.
