With over 26 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders, serving clients of all ages. My comprehensive background allows me to understand the complexities of these issues and offer tailored support to meet individual needs.

I am certified in both SASSI and AASI, which enables me to conduct thorough substance evaluations and sexual interest assessments.

As a Vietnam Era Veteran, I am particularly passionate about supporting fellow veterans and individuals facing significant hurdles in their lives. I believe in fostering resilience, dignity, and transformative growth, helping clients navigate their journeys towards healing and fulfillment.

My academic work, including a thesis published by Clark Atlanta University on the subjective experience of auditory hallucinations in African American Alcohol Dependent clients has provided me with unique insights that I apply to better serve this population in need.
