Great to meet you!

You should know that I approach therapy as a collaborative, reflective process. I’m engaged and present in our work together, offering curiosity, warmth, and gentle challenge rather than quick answers or advice. I believe meaningful change happens when we slow down, build awareness, and create space to relate differently to difficult thoughts, emotions, and patterns.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, reflective, and values-based. I integrate ACT, mindfulness, and relational work to help clients build emotional flexibility, relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings, and take meaningful steps toward what matters most. I offer a warm, affirming space with gentle challenge, focused on depth and lasting change rather than quick fixes.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a collaborative working relationship. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any concerns or questions you may have about the process.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, history, and current stressors, while also making space for what feels most important to you. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful.

I’ll also explain how I work, what therapy with me typically looks like, and how we might begin focusing our work together. By the end of the session, many clients leave with a clearer sense of what’s been weighing on them and whether working together feels like a good fit.
