Great to meet you!
I believe that mental health care should begin with feeling heard, understood, and accepted. I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can be open and honest about what you are experiencing.

I believe that mental health care should begin with feeling heard, understood, and accepted. I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can be open and honest about what you are experiencing.
My approach is holistic and individualized. I look beyond symptoms and diagnoses to understand the whole person—including your experiences, relationships, lifestyle, strengths, and personal goals. I also believe that every person’s journey is unique, and I approach each client with an open mind, compassion, and respect.
I see treatment as a partnership. Together, we can explore what may be contributing to your struggles and find an approach that feels right for you. My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and hopeful as you work toward greater balance and well-being.
our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to feel comfortable sharing what brings you to treatment. I will listen with an open mind and without judgment, taking the time to understand not only your current symptoms, but also your experiences, strengths, lifestyle, and personal goals.
We will talk about your mental health history, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. I will also answer any questions you may have and explain my recommendations clearly.
Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we will begin developing an individualized treatment approach that feels comfortable and meaningful to you. There is no expectation that you have to have everything figured out during the first session—we will take it one step at a time.
