A bit about my approach to therapy

My name is Wren McKittrick, owner and founder of Congruent Solutions Therapy LLC. I help millennial men achieve realistic results using a solution focused approach that is designed to take less time than traditional talk therapy approaches. I believe men need a practical therapy approach that provides the gameplan necessary to accomplish their goals.
