Wyatt Bowman

Hello and welcome! I’m Wyatt, an LISW-S in Ohio with experience in inpatient psychiatric care, residential substance abuse, and outpatient private-practice. I hold master’s degrees in social work and business administration. While I have enjoyed a career filled with helping individuals address a wide range of mental health concerns such as grief, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, addiction, and more, my passion lies in helping individuals struggling with ADHD. My goal is to provide a supportive space for your growth and healing.

My approach to therapy is person-centered, calm, and non-directive. I believe that clients are the best experts on themselves, and my role is to help them unlock that knowledge and discover their own solutions. I work collaboratively, showing respect and empathy, and maintaining a nonjudgmental and caring tone. I like to incorporate metaphor and imagery to guide clients in seeing their situations from different angles, promoting deeper self-discovery and growth.

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive environment where we work together to address your mental health needs. During the first session, we’ll conduct a comprehensive assessment and collaborate to set meaningful, relevant goals. We’ll create clear, attainable action steps, and if you're ready, we can also dive deep into the root of the issues. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and move forward with confidence.
