Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience, I support children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate academic, behavioral, emotional, and life challenges. I help clients work through depression, anxiety, and stress while building resilience. My school-based experience has allowed me to serve children and families from diverse backgrounds, and I provide culturally responsive, compassionate care tailored to each person.

My approach to therapy

As a parent myself, I understand how stressful it can be when your child is struggling. Whether you are concerned about anxiety, behavior changes, school difficulties, emotional regulation, self esteem, or major life transitions, you do not have to face it alone. I use a solution focused, strengths based approach that helps clients recognize their abilities, build healthy coping skills, and find more effective ways to manage life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know one another, understanding your concerns, and developing goals that fit your family’s needs. I take time to build trust and create a safe, welcoming space where children and teens can share at their own pace. While I value their independence, I also see parents and caregivers as important partners, and I offer ongoing collaboration so families feel informed, supported, and empowered.
