PTSD, Substance Use / Addiction, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I have over 12 years of experience as a counselor, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings and have helped clients with issues including addiction and compulsive behavior, trauma & PTSD, mental health disorders, and co-dependency. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, and am IFS informed.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide my clients with a safe emotional space with unconditional support and acceptance. Based on your needs, I will develop a personalized plan and style to help you to clarify patterns which no longer serve you and replace them with constructive alternatives

What you can expect from our first session

My hope as your therapist is to be a part of your support system. My intention is to help you step into a place of clarity, authenticity, and awareness, where you feel self-assurance more than you feel self-doubt. The work that it takes to get to that place is a sacred one, and one that is difficult to navigate alone. As your therapist, supporting you in your process of self-discovery is a role that I view as a privilege and serious responsibility.
