Great to meet you!
You are the expert of your own life—even when it doesn’t feel that way. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or your relationships, therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect. I work alongside clients to deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and build a more grounded sense of self.
I have a special interest in supporting individuals and families through life transitions, including the shift into parenthood. The postpartum period and early stages of becoming a new mother can bring both joy and unexpected challenges—identity changes, emotional overwhelm, and shifts in relationships. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Together, we can make space for your experience and help you feel more supported and steady during this time.
In our work together, we’ll explore your personal story, including early relationships, family dynamics, and experiences that have shaped how you move through the world today. My approach is rooted in attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and family systems, all through a trauma-informed lens. I am committed to anti-racist and culturally responsive care, and I strive to create a space that is affirming, inclusive, and aware of the broader systems that impact your lived experience.
