Great to meet you!

Something feels off, and you cannot quite name it. Maybe anxiety is keeping you up at night. Or depression has made even simple things feel impossible. Or ADHD has been quietly driving your life for years. Whatever you are carrying, you deserve care that holds all of it. I'm Wytonya, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience, offering psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive therapy in one relationship,

My approach to therapy

I believe effective mental health care begins with listening and understanding the whole person. I use a holistic, evidence-based approach that considers your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, personal goals, and individual preferences. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, education, and practical strategies to improve your daily functioning and quality of life. I value open communication and shared decision-making, and I will work with you to make adjustments as your needs change

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will take time to discuss your concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, current medications, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences and how your symptoms are affecting your daily life. We will review potential treatment options, discuss any questions or concerns you may have, and begin developing a personalized care plan together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and comfortable with the next steps in your care.
