Great to meet you!

You might feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in patterns that are hard to break. Anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship stress, or cultural experiences can deeply affect the way you move through daily life and connect with yourself and others.

I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and cultural identity experiences, helping you feel more grounded, emotionally regulated, and connected to yourself in a meaningful way.

My approach to therapy

I help clients better understand the connection between their emotions, body, relationships, and lived experiences so healing can happen in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

Together, we’ll work through emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and relational challenges using somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and body-centered approaches. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel safe, understood, and empowered throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and you don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, what’s been weighing on you, and what support feels most important right now. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive so you can begin building trust, safety, and clarity from the very beginning.
