Great to meet you!

I have experience working with a range of populations. While a diagnosis may hold importance for some, we all have a different experience of how symptoms present, therefore, I view each individual as the experts of their story. I recognize the ways racism, anti-blackness, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, ableism and other forms of systemic oppression actively cause harm. I take great pride in offering services to BIPOC, QTPOC, TGNC and individuals who hold marginalized identities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I prioritize ensuring that you feel comfortable being vulnerable, while challenging you to embrace the discomfort that can come with growth. I am here to provide an open, warm and curious space to encourage further self-discovery. I strongly believe we all have the innate ability to access our intuition and manifest the life we truly desire. Together we will identify the areas of blockage that could be preventing you from fully witnessing your own strength and ability to thrive.

What you can expect from our first session

As we set goals for treatment, I will encourage you to think of indicators of progress (IP’s) that coincide with each goal. Oftentimes we are our own harshest critics, so these IP’s will serve as reminders that small wins are of equal value to the larger changes we want to see in our lives. By acknowledging and celebrating your effort and progress, the more empowered and motivated you can feel in your journey towards healing and growth.
