I have 5 years of experience as a mental health therapist and have been a school counselor for the last 1 4years. I have obtained my PhD in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior. I have a Master's in School Counseling, Licensed Professional Counseling, and a Bachelor's in Sociology. I am also a Navy Veteran.
I specialize in supporting adolescents (15+) and adults (up to age 45) who are navigating challenges related to anger, anxiety, coping skills, and relationship issues.
