Great to meet you!

Welcome to Windy Ways, a psychiatric management practice that manages a wide variety of mental illnesses of all ages. This practice provides telehealth (virtual) appointments while emphasizing privacy, convenience and expert care.

I graduated medical school from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia and completed residency and fellowship training at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. I specialize in child and adolescent psychiatry and help treat symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, aggression, inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity and thought disorganization.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with patients and their families to fully understand the impact of symptoms on their daily functioning and provide recommendations to improve their quality of life.
