Great to meet you!
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Newberry College, where I also played collegiate basketball, and earned my Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University. My background in athletics informs much of my work, particularly around anxiety, resilience, holistic approaches, and navigating high-pressure environments.
My clinical interests are wide-ranging and include anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, adjustment challenges, and performance-related concerns. I have a special passion for working with adults, and much of my experience comes from working in university settings with both traditional and non-traditional students.
I strive to create a collaborative, supportive, and empowering therapeutic environment. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply looking to grow, I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater self-awareness, balance, and well-being.
